Detailed Itinerary for 3 Days Amboseli Wildlife Safari
Day 1: Pickup from Nairobi and Drive to Amboseli National Park- Game Drive and Masai Cultural Visit
On day 1 of your 3 days Amboseli Wildlife Safari, you will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi. Meet up with your driver guide from Explore Rwanda Tours and begin your 4-5 hours drive from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. While on your drive to the park, you will get to enjoy beautiful scenic views and arrive at the park in time to check in at your lodge and have lunch. After lunch, you will head out for a game drive in the park which will later be followed by a cultural visit to the neighboring Maasai community. Look out for wildlife in the park such as wildebeests, hippos, zebras, lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes and so much more. During the community tour, you will get a chance to interact with the friendly locals and learn more about their unique cultures and lifestyles. You will also visit their craft shops and also take part in their traditional dances.
Dinner will be served at your lodge.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drives in Amboseli National Park.
On the second day of your 3 days Amboseli wildlife safari, breakfast will be served at your lodge early in the morning. You will then meet your driver guide and head out to the park for a full-day game drive, only returning to your lodge for a lunch break. The game drive safaris in Amboseli National Park will give you the opportunity to view a variety of wildlife such as bush babies, caracal, jackals, blue wildebeests, waterbuck, lions, rhinos, leopards, duikers, buffalo, serval cats, baboons, Masai giraffe and zebras among others.
Later retire to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Drive back to Nairobi and Departure
After an early morning game drive in the park and breakfast, you will drive back to Nairobi, stopping for lunch along the way and then doing a city tour before transferring to the airport for our international flight home.
